Delete a file

Genesys Cloud provides the ability to delete files from within the platform. Users with the appropriate Content Management permission can navigate to Documents, search for or open a workspace containing the file, hover over the file, click More under Actions, select Delete, confirm deletion, and permanently remove the file. This allows users to clean up and organize documents in Genesys Cloud.
