In a future release, Genesys Cloud will support Philippines alphanumeric sender IDs for SMS messaging.
Currently, Genesys Cloud does not natively support these sender types, which means that customers must rely on our Bring Your Own (BYO) SMS services to continue messaging mobile devices.
